Football for Hope Centre
"At first I came to play football with my friends. But then I realised that at WhizzKids United we have a chance to learn through play and improve our lives."

The Edendale Football for Hope Centre is a unique landmark in KwaZulu-Natal. The Centre was built as part of FIFA's '20 Centres for 2010' project, the official legacy of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

It is the only centre in our province and only one of six in South Africa. The Edendale Football for Hope Centre was designed to meet to needs of the Edendale community. Adjoining to our Health Academy the FFHC is the perfect addition for our model of delivering services to young people. The new centre includes a double storey multi-purpose room, a fully equiped kitchen, two changing rooms and office space for our administration. All these new facilities give us more space to run our different activities.
